We see Janie sleeping in her bed after her ordeal from last night. The morning sun beams onto her face from her window and she slowly awakens and stretches. Janie heads for her mirror, hoping that she has returned to normal. She looks at her reflection and is saddened to find that she is still a monster.

Janie: Well, looks like I'm stuck like this. Might as well enjoy my freedom while I still can before mom gets back.

Janie goes downstairs to have breakfast. She pours herself a bowl of cornflakes and she starts eating. She bites on her spoon and upon taking it out, she is surprised to find that a bitemark was made. She shrugs it off as she turns on the news.

Reporter: BREAKING NEWS! Mutant animals have started turning up all over town! It is unknown who or what caused this predicament but- OH GOD! *A mutant animal breaks into the news studio and it attacks the people. Janie's attention is drawn to the door as she hears someone pounding on it. She tries to get the person to leave.*

Janie: I'm very busy right now! *the pounding continues* UGH, hope you can *opens the door* AAAGHHH!

Janie is horrified to find a giant mutated rat at her door. She kicks it away and it crashes into a chimney.

Janie: That felt... good. If I can't return to normal, I'll just take my rage out on those monsters!

*Janie charges outside to find a pack of mutants attacking the city. She sees a pack of mutant zebras attacking some people at the park and she runs up to them. She slams the zebras into the ground as the people look at her in shock.

Janie: Don't worry, I'm for humanity.

Janie spots a pack of lions running across the streets and she leaps in front of them, punching through one of their mouths. The lion tries to bite her arm off, but Janie feels no pain. She swings her arm at the lions and knocks each of them out. Janie admires her work until a mutant rhino comes out and rams her, causing her to fly into a building and crash into a tree.

Janie *dizzy*: Remember kids, trees mean buisness. *becomes unconscience as a suited man comes up to her with a gun. Janie slowly wakes up* Huh? Hey! What're you trying to do!?

Man: Stay back! I'll shoot!

Janie: And risk loosing the only one capable of saving the city?

Man: Alright, I'll trust you for now. I'm Randall Denz.

Janie: Janie. In case you're wondering about why I'm like this, I drank some icky soda and it changed me. Now I want to find the man responsible for making it so I can crush his skull.

Randall: What if that man was unaware of it and was really really sorry?

Janie: Wait, IT WAS YOU!? *bares her teeth as she grabs the man by the collar* Do you realize what you've done to me!? Now I'll never live a normal life! You practically killed us all!

Randall: At least I didn't intend to do it. The company wanted to meet the marketing standards and the soda you purchased had too much of it. How did the soda even get exposed to the animals?

Janie *blushing*: Okay, fine. We're both equally guilty. Let's just stop the animals from destroying the city. Meanwhile, you'll try working on a cure for me.

Randall: Right. *gets let down*

Janie sees a group of mutant apes climbing up the buildings, throwing down debris while doing so. Janie climbs up one building and she picks up a chink of the building and bangs it on the ape's head. She proceeds to do the same to the other ones. As she continues to attack the animals, she gains greater enjoyment out of her mutation. She climbs to the top of a building to see how much is left of the creatures and she is annoyed to learn that there are many. She thinks of an idea on how to deal with them all and she spots a larde swimming pool aling with a big genrerator. She leaps down to the animals and she gets each of them to follow her. she heads for the pool and the animals wind up falling into it. She picks up the generator and she tosses it into the pool, electrocuting the animals. A rat climbs out of the pool and Janie stomps on it as she is greeted by the people who cheer for her.

Janie: Thank you, thank you, thank you.

A news reporter approaches her.

Reporter: Congratulations on defeating the threat. How did you manage such a task?

Janie: Pure luck, and *flexing her arm* pure power.

Reporter: Do you have any idea on  who or what caused the outbreak?

Janie sees Randall is in the audience and she thinks about telling the truth, but as she thinks about it, she realizes that she enjoys her mutation and that she couldn't risk revealing how she changed, especially since the outbreak was mostly her fault.

Janie: Not entirely sure. I'll find the reason soon enough. Now please go.

The crowd leaves as Randall approaches her.

Randall: Thanks for not giving me up.

Janie: Well, it's my way of saying thanks. I love what you've done to me. If you can't return me to normal, it won't matter to me, but still try to find a cure.

Randall: Of course. Now, there's something I wanted to ask you.

Janie: Yeah?

*****A FEW DAYS LATER*****

Commercial: Hey kids, ever wanted to show your true power yet you don't know how? *Janie busts through the wall*

Janie: Then try Gamma Surge. The soda that's guarenteed to bring out the monstorous side within you.

Commercial: You can literally feel the soda pulsate through your veins as you go from typical kid, to a true beast.

Janie *flexing her muscle*: Just like me!

Commercial: Gamma Surge! Unleash the power that dwells within!

Janie *turns off the TV*: I LOVE the power!
